I'm downsizing, this has been sitting in my bins of Halloween decor for way too long,time for someone to use and enjoy this!
I bought this valance many many years ago to make a Trick or Treat bag for my daughter's Sailor Moon costume, and ended up never using it.
This valance has been well stored, climate controlled, and never washed so no pilling, no fading, no wear.
It's 18" by 84".
The top hem is 2", the hem on the bottom was almost 4", I took the bottom hem stiches out and steamed the stitch holes closed, to prep it for making a bag.
You can very faintly see where the original hemline was.
Now the bottom hem is a factory pressed 1/2".
